On October 29, 2025, the government announced that it was "considering" new regulations on CBD-related substances.
The government is currently considering regulating CBN, one of the ingredients contained in the hemp extract we use in our products.
CBN has been approved as a food by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and is considered a safe ingredient (FDA-approved ingredient) on a global scale. However, it has been reported that an investigation into its harmful effects is currently underway following an accident in which it is unclear whether it was caused by CBN.
Initially, in order to comply with laws and regulations, we had planned to discontinue sales of the current lot at 11:59 PM on Saturday, January 31, 2026, and renew to a new CBN-free formula. However, following the government's extension of the public comment period by one month today, November 20, we will extend the end of sales of the current lot until January 31, 2026.
This extension means that even if CBN becomes subject to regulation,
This measure was taken because we determined that it would provide sufficient time to inform customers about discontinuing use, disposal, etc.
However, this does not mean that regulatory considerations are complete.

This is an announcement that is still under consideration, but we will cease all sales, shipments, and advertisements of products containing CBN as of 11:59 PM on January 31, 2026, before the regulations are finalized (before they come into effect).
If the regulations are officially approved, they are expected to be promulgated in mid-January next year and come into effect within approximately 10 days.
In such cases, we will contact customers who have placed orders with us in the past via our official LINE account, individual emails, and SMS, so please cooperate by **discontinuing use and taking appropriate measures (disposal, etc.)**.
